Domitian Denarius, Emperor AD 81-96, struck at Rome AD 90-91, RIC 719, RSC 265, 19 mm, 3.57 gms, Obverse:  laureate bust of Domitian facing right, IMP CAES DOMIT AVG GERM PM TR P X, Reverse:  Minerva advancing right, brandishing a spear in her right hand and holding a shield in her left arm, IMP XXI COS XV CENS P P P, a very lustrous coin with just the tiniest touch of attractive toning, full and sharp legends, a very well centered and struck coin with a wonderful and sharp portrait of Domitian, and sharp and detailed Minerva on the reverse, a really premium coin in my opinion, a beauty graded Choice EF by the numismatist/dealer from whom I purchased it, Asking price:  $475 includes priority shipping and insurance in the U.S., registered to other countries (please see shipping information page)

Though worn, Minerva on the reverse shows nice detail.    The numismatist/dealer from whom I purchased this coin grades it Choice Very Fine for the obverse and Very Fine for the reverse and states of it: “Choice high relief portrait and clear legible reverse. Light grey toning. Nice planchet, well centered.
