Constantine I AE18 Follis, Emperor AD 307-337 (in various incarnations and titles as Augustus), Van Meter 85, Obverse: laureate bust of Constantine I facing right, CONSTANTINVS AVG, Reverse: Campgate with six rows, surmounted by two turrets or beacons (?) with a star between them, PROVIDENTIAE AVGG, STR in exergue, lovely, lovely desert patina, cameo-like portrait of Constantine that is sharp and detailed, wonderful campgate on the reverse, full and sharp legends on both sides with the exception of the VG in AVG on the obverse being slightly softly struck or perhaps covered by the sandy patina. I love bronze coins with this deserty patina, and this one is a sandy little gem, graded VF+/VF+ by the numismatist/dealer from whom I purchased it, Asking price: $62 includes priority shipping and insurance
