Theodosius I AE 2, Emperor AD 379-395, minted at Siscia AD 379-383, RIC 26c, 22.5 mm, 4.57 gms, Obverse:  pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Theodosius I facing right, DN THEODOSIVS P F AVG, Reverse:  Theodosius standing facing, his head turned left, holding a globe on which Victory is perched in his upraised left palm, and with his right raising a kneeling woman wearing a crown to her feet, REPARATIO REIPVB, BSISC in exergue, a lovely coin with even and attractive very light green patina, a wonderful portrait, detailed Theodosius and scene on the reverse, and full and clear legends on both sides with the exception of the B in REIPVB slightly softly struck, well centered on a nice round flan, and better than many I’ve seen of this issue and a scarce issue from my researches, Asking price:  $133 includes priority shipping and insurance, registered to other countries (see shipping information page)
